Introducing Qwowi Freestyle
Some have suggested that we here at Qwowi need to narrow our focus a bit. We, however; pride ourselves on what, depending on your perspective, is either our broad ranging interests, or an advanced case of ADD. Either way, we’re okay with it.
It’s with this wide-ranging, far-reaching spirit that we announce a brand new section of our website; Qwowi Freestyle. The new Freestyle section will provide Qwowi contributors with the opportunity to write about things they hold near and dear (or just want to rant about), but that aren’t necessarily related to the retail products we talk about every day.
Admittedly, the framework for Qwowi Freestyle is a little rough, but we’re going to roll with it and see where it takes us. My personal hunch is that it will turn out to be among the most popular sections of our site.
What I’ve learned over the first 3 months of Qwowi’s short life is that if you have relavent and interesting content, regardless of how diverse, and seemingly unrelated it may appear, people will find, and apreciate it. I’m fortunate that I’ve found brilliant and interesting people with diverse interests and expertise to provide me with additional articles for this site. I hope you’ll understand that my admittedly selfish motivation is to keep as much of their content here at Qwowi.
So without any futher blathering, check out children’s literacy and learning expert Christine Woodcock’s first Freestyle post: How Can I help my child with reading comprehension.

Hi,
I am interested in the line of Keurig B Series single cup coffee makers.
I live up in the mountains of COSTA RICA where there are many different great coffee beans being grown. I would prefer to make my own single or two cup coffee for my morning breakfasts here. As a rule, I don’t drink coffee after the morning time.
As I mentioned, we have some great coffees here and getting the k cup varieties would be difficult here The postal system here is sporadic and oft times the packages end up at customs and I have to drive hours to the customs offices and pay high custom fees. Anyway, the coffees here are great, as you can imagine. There is a coffee farm less than a kilometer away from our house.
Can I work out a system to use our coffees in virgin k cups? OR can I provide a alternative to the above? I have used a single cup maker with a single cup paper filter and then boiling water and pouring it etc etc. But that is a little laborious.
Any suggestions would certainly be appreciated. Thanks in advance,
W. Monroe (Bill) Whelchel
